A home inspection assesses the condition of your home and is much different from an appraisal that assesses the general value of the house and property. It’s important to have an inspection done on any house you are considering purchasing, even if you are buying a new home. Inspectors can spend hours telling you stories about the surprises they've discovered! A home inspection will diminish the uncertainty about the condition of the house you are looking to make a home. (For more general information about Home Inspections visit: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/home_inspection) Your Beneficial Home Inspection will be conducted by a qualified Inspector and a member of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (BC). For more information about member qualifications please visit: www.cahpi.bc.ca. Beneficial Home Inspections encourages you to tour the home with the Inspector to gain a full understanding of any issues discovered.
