ABOUT BENEFICIAL HOME INSPECTIONS

Your Beneficial Home Inspector, Timo Pera, knows houses. As a former construction professional and volunteer fire fighter, Timo has seen them going up and coming down.

In addition to his extensive experience in the building industry, Timo has completed the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Training Program and successfully met the Canadian Association of Property & Home Inspectors (CAPHI) BC Chapter requirements for knowledge and reporting. He has also completed a number of continuing education seminars provided by CAPHI, the BC Homeowners Protection Office, the BC Building Envelope Council, and Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation.

Timo is a licensed home inspector License # -47360. He lives in Abbotsford and provides home inspection services to clients throughout the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland.
